The Dunns of Brixton (2022)

THE DUNNS OF BRIXTON is a neighbourhood film, pure and simple. The writer-director Kevin Conroy Scott set out to capture what he was seeing around him: women who had left their 20's behind to become mothers but somehow became marginalised and unfulfilled, men who had succeeded in their careers but felt alone and frustrated ... and their children, brought up in the urban playground of diversity and gentrification who can't understand what their parents' anxiety is all about.
