In the aftermath of the war, all Women of Power are forced into Districts. As a result, they now live in complete silence and are forbidden to speak to one another, so their beliefs crumble. Patrollers govern the districts with absolute authority. The districts are suffering, and the women barely manage to survive the camps, but there are whispers of a rebellion growing.
