The Melancholy of Anna Renee (2022)

Anna Renee Armstrong (Kayla Rushing) is a gamer geek who spends most of her time at home, because of her laziness and introverted nature her best friend Vanessa Kamimura (Kelly Nam) decides to drag her to a party. Unbeknownst to her, Anna eats an entire bag of cannabis edibles which conjures up her childhood crush Solid Snake (Leon Daccarett). Their journey takes them across Los Angeles as they attempt to acquire the Amulet of Kings to save Leon's pool party. All the while avoiding being caught by Mr. X (Leon Meyler) and Vanessa. The adventure is a dreamlike nonsensical mission with colorful characters and bizarre mishaps. The question soon becomes will Anna get the Amulet or will she awake from her delusion?
