TRIGGER WARNING: A full-term unborn baby is stabbed dead while being violently gutted out from her mother's sliced open womb. The lifeless baby is then presented to us like it's a "trophy kill" and nonchalantly chucked away with a thud to the ground.... Never to be referenced, shown, or cared for again for the rest of the film.
