In the summer of 1964 a landline telephone appears out of nowhere to harass a young girl, Janine to change her ways of being. The landline tells her how to eat, what to wear, what to read, and the list goes on. The anonymous voice coming from the landline creeps into Janine's mind practically haunting her. Janine eventually learns how to drop a call and move to beat of her own drum. It is a short experimental campy film poking fun at the ridiculousness of 1960s infomercials towards young girls and how the narrators tone of voice and lessons they speak upon the youth come off as condescending and sexist.
