28-year-old poet, Kenneth Walker, critical of the world around him has led to a state of being lost and isolated in the very one he lives in, his poems. Until he finds happiness by unhealthily obsessing over a woman who helped him after his injury, Nancy. Kenneth believes everything is well after a few interactions with her until to his shock he finds Nancy's corpse, In his own apartment. Kenneth then delves into a deeper rabbit hole, and learns the true nature between his connection with Nancy, after contradicting memories of his experience with her that arise through an abnormal dream-like journey. Kenneth then realizes he is guilty and responsible for Nancy's demise.
