The Hoods (2022)

When a growing Black-owned shopping center in a South Chicago neighborhood starts to experience many disappearances and deaths in its community, one enterprising veteran owner-citizen starts to wonder if the suspects might be the newcomers who have arrived (and brought the beginnings of gentrification with them) or the new charming women's boutique owner of the shopping space right next door to him. Who really is the enemy?
