Travis Boak went through a life-changing journey of self discovery in 2018 after losing the captaincy at the Port Adelaide Football Club. He turned to literature and self growth and is now playing some of the best football of his life at the age of 34. His core philosophy is 'be a good human first and athlete second'. This documentary showcases the human side of Travis Boak. It sees him surfing with Mick Fanning, building a fashion label dedicated to his fathers legacy, mentoring up-and-coming female footballers and donating his free time to the Childhood Cancer Association. It includes interviews with Ken Hinkley, Robbie Grey, Sam Powell-Pepper and Zak Butters.
