Purificacion (2022)

On the coast of Santa Monica, at the tip of Siargao, a sinister serial killer stalks and preys on sinful women. His method is to hang them and mark them with haunting stigmata. Inspector Gabriela (Cara Gonzales) finds herself navigating the shadows, determined to catch the elusive killer.
