A Christmas Open House (2022)

Local handyman David Phelps, a former engineering student, proves invaluable for his former high-school crush Melissa Norwood. She's an Atlanta property stager, who returned to their small home town to renovate and sell her late mother's house. They plan to prepare everything to show it off by Christmas, but technical problems keep propping up, even he can't solve all. However, they bond personally, also with her daughter Ray, over the Christmastide and the close local community comes to the rescue after disaster seems to strike at the whole plan.
