Dancing Pina (2022)

Two dance projects reveal how young dancers from around the world are rediscovering the choreography of Pina Bausch. The Semperoper Ballet in Germany rehearses "Iphigenia in Tauris", while dancers from all over Africa rehearse the ballet "Le Sacre du Printemps" at the École des Sables in Senegal. A fascinating metamorphosis occurs, with the dancers of different styles transforming Pina's creations as they are transformed by the choreography.
