In 1996, old film rolls were found in the attic of a house in Budapest. Who found it, did not know much about the origins of the tapes. They only remembered that the head of the family - who has since passed away - was entrusted by a colleague with several rolls of film during World War II. Later it turned out that the colleague - who was deported - was a talented amateur filmmaker. And the film collection is the legacy of Richárd Deutsch. His family, who lived in the 20s and 30s, could not be found for decades. Twenty years later, a man appeared who suspected that the films were made by his grandfather. However, he knew nothing about him other than his name. It became obvious to him that he saw his relatives in the pictures, when he recognized his mother as a little girl. Her silence kept the history of his grandfather and his entire family from him for seven decades. However, grandpa Deutsch's secret is solved. The viewer will witness an exciting investigation, which unfolds the story of the Jewish family in Budapest in the 20th century.
