Arthur Le Gall is 20 years old. He lives in his imaginary world and he tells himself stories. It is an artist. He likes to take pictures of what he sees. He organizes his scenes and works on the contrasts of shadow and light. He photographs forms, cutlery, crockery and certain kitchen objects. He doesn't see things the same way other people do. He discovers an old clock and gives his own definition of time. And in his fantastic and dreamlike world, objects come to life and take on a completely different meaning. For one day, he rediscovers the apartment of his grandfather who has just died even though he thinks he can see him. He also has his own vision of death. Then his parents arrive to reason with him. They want to see him grow and announce to him that they are going to put everything up for sale. With a lot of poetry, Arthur gives them a lesson in life and goes against their project. For him, life is a miracle that you have to learn to respect. According to him, everything we see is only a mirage on the road of passing time.
