Mathematics teacher Aleksander was lucky enough to join the ranks of people who call themselves "thinkers". For many centuries, they regulate the course of world events to avoid the collapse of civilization. Thinkers struggle with ideas. Ideas that can destroy civilization from the inside. The task is complicated by the fact that the new "job" must somehow be combined with personal life. Having established a relationship with his student Angelika, Aleksander cannot get rid of the thoughts about mysterious Agnia - his new partner. But there is absolutely no time left for mental reflection when news of a new idea appears. The One that can put an end to the existence of all mankind.
