First Time for Everything (2022)

Natalie is a 20-year-old girl who has never used a tampon. When she gets her period before a family trip to the beach, she decides it's time to finally make it happen. She enlists help from her mom and younger sister, but to her dismay has no luck. Determined, Natalie attempts to tackle the task on her own, resorting to YouTube videos and indecipherable instructions... but she struggles with discomfort, fear, and a general lack of knowledge about her body, leaving her exasperated. Will Natalie be able to meet her goal? And why is she so set on doing it right now? Will her family be any help, or will she be forced to face herself all alone?
