Whistle to the Maples (2022)

Jack purchases a cabin in the Pennsylvania forest as a place to spend his spare time. On his first Sunday at his new property, he receives a visit from the previous owner, Cyrus, who is not please to see him there. After a brief, yet tense standoff, Cyrus leaves while promising to return the following week; demanding Jack not be there.
