Le chiavi della storia - La comunità dell'Isolotto is a small, real-life story that becomes a tale of a community and a way of understanding helping others. There was a time when the Isolotto district in Florence was at the centre of world attention: the '68 protest spread to the Church and an entire community, which had practised the ideas of the Second Vatican Council for a church without power, was ousted by the bishop. Thus a community reality came to life in the square, a horizontal reality, open to the least and attentive to inequalities. Which continues to this day.
