Josh Ibbett is an ultra - endurance rider and bikepacker with a string of credits including winning the Transcontinental race in 2015. He's cycled all over the world, but one route he's never ridden is Spain - North to South - coast to coast. And that's his latest challenge, eight days and more than 700 miles - on road and off road and all alone.
