A former captain suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder lives with his daughter in a humble house by the sea. Despite his desire to be a loving father, his mental health and painful past prevent him from connecting with his daughter as he would like. One day, however, an unexpected event forces the captain to confront his ghosts.
