From the land of Loutan, aliens come to Earth to steal all water. According to legend, the only person who can stop this from happening is a little girl named Setareh (Arefeh Parvaresh)... From the land of the Titans comes a soldier named Tima (Sam Karmi) to help Setareh fight the Loutans.
