Sikaar (2024)

Sankar is a respected figure in his community in Assam, known for advocating on behalf of workers, playing music, and protecting villagers from threats. He dreams of a happy future with his fiancée, Astami, but their lives take a tragic turn after the arrival of Vivanth, the plantation owner's son, and Martin, a ruthless imperialistic buyer. When the justice system fails due to corruption and influence, Sankar is left devastated. Seeking a path to justice, he moves to London with his friend Rahul, determined to confront those responsible. In a foreign land, Sankar uses his sharp intellect and the rural hunting skills that others have underestimated to take down Martin's associates one by one. He proves to be far more formidable than anyone had imagined.
