El-Ashqeya (1984)

Captain Rateb falls seriously ill. Tawfiq, a worker at the port, offers him to pass a bag containing drugs through customs in exchange for a large sum. He agrees in order to secure his children's future, but he later regrets it and throws the bag into the sea. Gang members kidnap him, and he is surprised that his friend Nazih is the head of the gang. Rateb manages to escape. Nazih threatens to kill his three children after kidnapping them if he does not return the bag to him.
