And Baby Makes Three (1974)

In New York City, husband and wife Eric and Janet Lang are young drug addicts who discover that they will soon be parents. When Janet gives birth, she learns that her baby boy is also addicted to narcotics and she decides to leave Eric for a rehabilitation center to save their son's life. Missing Janet, Eric joins his wife in the recovery program. They successfully battle their addictions and are reunited with their son, who has been in the care of Janet's mother.
