On July 20, 1952, at the Helsinki Olympic Games, José Telles da Conceição reached the 1.98m high jump mark and won an unprecedented bronze medal, thus becoming the first representative of Brazilian athletics to go up to the podium. His triumph, however, was overshadowed by the gold medal in the triple jump by Adhemar Ferreira da Silva. The documentary seeks to give due recognition to this super athlete.
