Dam HaMaccabim (2020)

Kibbutz "Dam HaMaccabim" (named after the Red Everlasting flowers) used to be a normal quiet place as all the kibbutzim. One morning a mysterious and toxic gas is ejected from a pipe of a desalination facility that has been recently established in the kibbutz's fields, against the residents will. The residents who breath the gas are poisoned and might look as dead but in fact they become zombies. Yael, a young woman who is tired of the rat race of life, returns for a long stay in the kibbutz, expecting to find the safe and peaceful place she is longing for. She doesn't notice the changes and zombies that are lurking for her between the kibbutz's paths. That night she meets her childhood friends for a birthday celebration. Once they break into the communal dining room's kitchen in search of food, they are attacked by zombies. Now they have a choice to make- either they stay and fight for their kibbutz or run for their lives.
