The Room (2021)

Nina Summer, a sharp, real estate agent travels to Maastricht, Netherlands at the behest of her boss to appraise an isolated 200 year old mansion that's recently been converted into a hotel bed and breakfast. Upon her arrival, she's informed that her reservation has been cancelled by mistake. The hotel offers her another room that has not been converted. A room with a long kept dark secret.
