Sound Mind: The Epidemic (2021)

It's the early 1980's and life for the middle-upper class black society is grandiose and majestic. Neighborhood Kings and Queens join together for a black business banquet to celebrate success, led by Eugene and Diane. Their young son, Christophe, admires the promising scene until an unrecognizable force takes hold of their favorable future. Black business owners, prestigious leaders and pillars of the community who symbolized progress quickly become subjects to a proliferation of poison - crack cocaine. Christopher examines the demise of the kingdom, only then understanding he must carry the torch.
