Touched (2022)

A lone witness points the finger at Crazy Earl as the one who robbed the town bank and made off with a substantial bank roll. No one has ever seen him spend a penny of the large take, and although lawmen tried, they were never successful in proving Earl was the culprit. How can one "touched" be so cunning? Or is he?
