Dissonance (2021)

Aaron is struggling with unemployment during the pandemic as riots begin to break out in Buffalo. His wife tries desperately to calm his fears as he looks to arm himself for their safety. After borrowing a shotgun from his friend, Aaron is awoken in the night to sounds of civil unrest. As he clears the house with a gun at the ready, Aaron makes a grave mistake.
