Hector (Arlan Mugam) is a young man in his late twenties who survives by carrying furniture in Mexico City and is seeking a way out of his cocaine addiction to reunite with Natalia (Miranda Rinaldi), who was sent to rehab for the same reasons, as well as with Luisa, his daughter, who was fostered by Natalia's parents. Hector finds the perfect spot in a corner of his neighborhood to temporarily forget his problems in the company of Yon (Hugo Iturbe) and his other friends, listening to improvised rhymes that serve as a catharsis for this historically abandoned sector of the country, who exchanged the rows for battles of rawness, wit and sharpness to the beat of Hip-Hop. Hector's skill is not in improvisation but in writing, so after penning a song and rapping it, he finds an opportunity to venture into the world of freestyle battles that promises to change his life.
