Realtor Learns Expensive Lesson (2021)

Real Estate Agent Phil and his assistant Janet are showing a gorgeous two-million dollar property that has just hit the market. They are hopeful this open house will lure a potential buyer. Dr. Lawrence Walker is jogging in the neighborhood when he sees the open house sign. Dr. Walker and his wife have been thinking about upgrading to a nicer home for some time, so he decides to take a look. Janet welcomes him and is about to start showing him the home, when Phil intervenes. He doesn't know it yet, but Phil is about to make one of the biggest mistakes of his career.
