The Last House on the Street (2021)

Chad is flunking out of college and his partner, Derek, works for very low wages at a fast food store. On the other hand, two college students move across the street and soon enough, sinister and terrifying episodes begin to occur. Neither of them thought that college would literally cost them a part of their bodies. This is a wacky independent horror film with dark, adult humor and a tone closer to parody than a genre film.
