Bloom Above the Ashes (2021)

A blind photographer, Chris, waits inside for his partner, Julia, to return. She speaks to Kyle, whom presents her with a trade request instead of payment for a painting. After she returns and informs Chris of the terms of the deal, that he must trade a photograph for the painting. He is confronted with his artistry for the first time since losing his sight. Julia presses Chris to make the deal. He cannot contain his anger, breaks down, and wails outward.
