Sajjanpur is managed by two people Sarpanch Tatyasaheb Taakbhate and Chairman Dadasaheb Dahibhate the youngsters aren't convinced with their development their leader Kisna questions them for the same.Sarpanch and Chairman reply by saying the village is lacking due to lot of funds and due to same reason the village temple work isn't complete and there should be some progress in village in order to raise funds..One night Kisna and his friends Dondya and Pandya save a women from her molesters and find from her that she is a Tamasha dancer Menaka.Kisna proposes a plan to Sarpanch and Chairman to have shows of Menka in village an the money collected from it will be used for purpose of building the village temple.But as soon as Menka enters the village every male goes crazy fro her a chance to spend time with her.
