In this follow-up to Part 3 (in Search of the Missing Cats), Lola and Jackamoe take a routine road trip back to Vegas for a family visit. During the middle of the trip, Jackamoe is stunned to realize that Koe Kee and Grandma Denise have moved on - - from him. Koe is smitten with Elsa, a fellow Chihuahua he just met and Grandma Denise and her boyfriend Joe are planning a big move across country to Florida. No one asked him or invited him to go along. He doesn't know who he is without them. How did this happen? Did he do something wrong? His mom Lola seems to be taking everything in stride.
