It is a docu - drama about the pain and sacredness involve in the land acquisition of Pakka-Mahal in Varanasi (Pakka-Mahal is a flock of oldest houses surrounding the old Vishwanath temple, some of the buildings are even more than 1300yrs old). Protagonist (Baba) Pandit Uma 75 years, bond tightly within memories of his ancestral rented house dies when gets kicked out by bureaucrats whose job is to acquire land to develop it into Kyoto Japan (According to P.M vision). This scheme of government faces strong oppose by veterans like writer Kashi Nath Singh, Avimuktheshwaranand with the support of a huge Varanasi population. "Change in the course can not lead to development whereas it can lead to the destruction of previous one". Batuknath son of Baba 30years old tries to save his house but again and again got perished by the government officials. It also shows a glimpse of the harsh reality behind the Sanskrit Vidyalaya. It's a story where the protagonist (Baba) age 70yrs priest of a renowned temple had to leave his house allotted him by temple trust to his grandfather due to the irrespective development around the city by the government. Where his son Batuknath (30yrs) dose several attempts to save his house because of the attachment his father has from his ancestral house. The life he lost and gave birth there and the beautiful memories he lived in it did not allow him to leave it. It also showcases the harsh reality of Sanskrit schools running around and teaching small children. Eventually, baba had to leave all his attachments either his house or temple, which took his life away. This all compelled his family to fly from their own city in search of a new beginning.
