Green Arrow: Duality

Three years after disappearing in a boating accident, billionaire Oliver Queen is found on an island in the North China Sea. He returns home to find an ancient and powerful cult shifting the balance of power in Star City, forcing Oliver to begin to road to becoming the Green Arrow.
