Second Chances (2015)

Max has early-stage Alzheimer's. One day he receives a letter that says that his daughter, from whom he's been estranged for 20 years, is getting married. With his best friend Kassi, Max decides to break out of The Happy Valley Nursing Home, to which he was committed, to attend his daughter's wedding in Malaysia. By some comedy of errors he finds himself in a stolen van with four other Happy Valley patients. What happens next is a rollercoaster ride as these oddballs take a road trip to Malaysia. Despite their differences, the five friends find solace in one another as they share their fears, hopes, and dreams. "Second Chances" is a story about living life to its fullest with no regrets.
