Vusi is a student activist at a prestigious university that has educated many political activists and government leaders. But he is also the son of the wealthy Finance Minister, who was a former Apartheid activist; a man who may be responsible for damning political and economic corruption. But when the degree he studies finally opens his eyes to the truth of his father's hypocritical legacy. And through their explosive confrontation, Vusi finally discovers that behind the legacy is an embittered and hardened man who refuses to take meaningful responsibility for it. Now Vusi must choose; either he condones his father's actions and walks away from confronting it, or he chooses to stand up for himself and choose his own path through life, becoming the social activist he was born to be, even if it means standing apart from his father. A man whom Vusi believes can still overcome his failings. One who does not know that the reckoning of those he's wronged will come for him by the end of the day.
