Jody is drowned, the sisters are stalked throughout. In one scene Dominique finds a snake in her bed. In one scene Cassandra finds earthworms crawling in her food. Mitch is killed off screen. At the end all four sisters are tied to a chair & terrorized by the stalker. Brianne tries to make Cassandra jump at the end and Cassandra does and then swims back to shore and hits Brianne in the head with a boat paddle & Brianne's body falls into the river of troubled waters.
