Gauri a young girl lost her only mother in her childhood. For Gauri's happiness sake her father got married to Savitri who treated her exactly like a step daughter. To escape this problem Gauri got married to Rajeev her lover who in return gave away all his property to her. Due to a certain mishap Gauri is forced transfer the property in her step sister Prema's boyfriend's name. She readily agrees to do it as she trusts it would not harm her relations with Rajeev.
