It's the 1930's in Chicago, IL. A local detective, Rick Bogart, his partner has been killed while working on a bank robbery case. The situation is suspicious, and Rick will get to the bottom of it even if it kills him. Having to face his past with his Wife, Rough-Up Snitches and visit all over town. This one late night will define this Detectives life for a long time.
