My First Car(s) (2021)

Proud parents are about to hand over their classic MG to their sixteen year old son as a graduation present but he would rather "have a Porsche or BMW like his classmates". Based on a poem written by Detroit St Films as we reminisce days gone by and our first "classic" cars. Reminiscing days gone by with classic cars, 80's music, mullet hair cuts, old blue jeans and perhaps a simpler time. Their son Jonathan is reluctant to drive this "old car" around - though he may just gain a new respect for classics as time goes by.
