The Warlord Bertrin has taken Control of the Kingdom's seat of power, but the local Nobles refuse to recognize his Claim to the throne. To Legitimize his Claim, the warlord plans to Wed the sitting Queen so there can be no challenge to his power. Her daughter the princess has other ideas when she flees the castle in search of an army to lead against the new King.
