Tomoshibi (2021)

Years of laying in bed recovering from a near fatal illness forces Tetsu, a young sailor, to accept that he will never be on the ocean again. As he reminisce about his time out at sea, he struggles to find a new purpose in his life. Not wanting to be trapped in his bed any longer, he reaches for writing and finds his hope again.
