Attachment Theory (2021)

This film explores all 4 attachment styles. Alexa is approached by her ex in each scenario and the result is different depending on her attachment style. In Secure she is able to calmly tell him that she does not need a relationship to be happy. In Anxious she takes him back and tells him to never leave her again. In Dismissive she berates him and pushes him away. In fearful Avoidant she seduces him but states she is unsure of what she wants - limiting the relationship.
