The Golden Age of Content (2022)

Shenanigans ensue when an actress receives her first major acting role moments before attending a no-technology artists' retreat in this ensemble film piece from the acting and writing collective THE HIVE. Jasmine, an unknown actor with no agent, gets her big break when she is cast in a huge recurring television role. Her phone is promptly taken from wild hippy retreat leaders Flossy and Glossy, whose mission is to help artists find their "Inner Feminine." Jasmine joins her best friend Siobhan, a clumsy theater actor, as they meet an eclectic group of characters including Jasmine's old college classmate Makayla, a successful professional actress, a talkative Jersey girl named Candy, the culturally appropriative Wichita, a drunk yet clever woman Kathy, and the snobby intellect Jill.
