Outlawz 2: The Kage Ashi (2021)

In the early 90's a group of independent contractors were acquired to deal guns and drugs for the Government. Their assignment was to raise funds for clandestine operations by robbing drug gangs and cartels under the Zeta program. With the Outlaw Zeta program no longer in operation and defunded, we look into the lives of the Outlaw programs assets.
