There is no sex or nudity, however it does show when Mary's water breaks and the water falls to the floor of the stable.

Nothing in the show itself but in the music parts one of the female singers in the group CAIN wears a short skirt and ALOT of makeup. It was in very poor taste for such a show about Christ.
