The Kiss (2022)

In early 20th century Denmark, Anton, a noble young man, prioritizes completing his cavalry officer training. During an exercise, he aids Baron von Løvenskjold, earning an invitation to a castle ball. There, he meets Edith, the baron's daughter who's wheelchair-bound from an accident. As Anton spends time with her, he wrestles with feelings of pity versus genuine love, leading to a web of promises, lies, and guilt with the Løvenskjold family.
